1. KITCHEN PANTRY BODY SCRUB
No need to head to the store for those pricey exfoliants and body scrubs – head to your pantry instead!
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup coffee grounds
• 1/8 cup light olive oil
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp. raw cane sugar
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients with a fork. During your shower, apply the scrub all of over your body in a circular, massaging motion. Work the mixture deeply into your rough areas like elbows and heels. When finished, cleanse as usual.
Note: Because this mixture contains oil and should be applied during a shower, your floor could become very slippery. Be sure to use a mat to prevent slipping.
SUGARY YOGHURT SCRUB
This recipe is versatile- if you don’t want to use sugar, you can replace it with ground corn meal, rice powder or even oatmeal for sensitive skin types. The results will be the same – skin that has been exfoliated and moisturised in one application.

• 2 tb. whole milk yogurt
• 1 tb. raw cane or turbinado sugar
Preparation:
Mix ingredients to form a paste. Gently rub into skin in a circular motion, starting from the neck or chin and working upwards towards the forehead but not around the eyes.
Continue this for several minutes before rinsing with cool water.
Follow with a homemade toner.
